Why use Saxon Trust Development finance?

Saxon Trust is not your typical development lender. Our business is privately owned and built by property professionals who fully understand both the development and lending process. 


We are proud to build long-term relationships with our developers and hope to fund them throughout their careers, offering flexible finance solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle. We don’t have a fixed borrower profile and will consider any credit history on its merits.


Rates fixed for the term of the loan help our developers to avoid the uncertainty and stress that can be caused by increasingly common base rate changes and macroeconomic instability. Whilst material and labour costs may rise during a project, our rates won’t.

  • UK residents, companies, trusts, and non-residents considered

Refurbishments

Funding for light, moderate, or heavy refurbishment projects. Joint venture funding

Joint venture funding for select projects and developers. Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a good fit between project, developer and lender. •Terms from 6 – 24 months •Up to 100% LTC •Funding up to £5,000,000 •Profit share to be agreed prior to completion

Conversions

Tailored funding for a wide range of commercial-to-residential projects.
