Our development finance products are available to a range of developers and we will consider any credit history. We offer up to 75% LTGDV and 80% LTC (sometimes higher with additional security) on a first charge basis.
Stretch Finance
Our development stretch finance products aim to support a developer without the need for a mezzanine loan. We offer up to 75% LTGDV and 90% LTC (sometimes higher with additional security) on a first charge basis.
Mezzanine Finance
We can offer experienced developers mezzanine finance up to 70% LTGDV and 90% LTC (or sometimes higher with additional security).
Developer Exit Finance
Once a project reaches practical completion, we can fund up to 75% of the completed development's value to help the developer move to their next project.
Bridging Finance
Our bridging loans are fast, flexible and we will consider any credit profiles. As we fully understand property, we can sometimes lend when other's can't. Rates from 0.55% p.m.
VAT Loans
Our specialist VAT loans can fund up to 100% of the VAT due back to a developer or commercial investor on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information.
We are looking to build long term relationships with brokers and introducers who have clients who could benefit from our lending products.
We offer a share of our lending fee and can add on your fees as part of the loan if required.
